車もほとんど通らないような、標高1,200メートルの厳しい自然の中で作られている高原野菜は、美味しさと栄養をギュッと内に閉じ込めており、強い身体を作ってくれます。

輸入の食材に頼りすぎてしまっている日本で、おいしさを届けるだけではなく、今後起こりうる、災害、食糧危機に、ご自宅の食料を「大自然の中にある畑に備える」という考えで始めた、定期便です。

同時に、定期便をご利用いただくことで、日本の農業を伝え、継承していく役割りも担います。
